1060 - Capacitor installation

I got this rusty but otherwise pristine 1060 to work on. It looks very original and I am curious as why these capacitors are installed high up with sleeving. Should the new ones be installed the same way?

It's the spacing of the holes on the board, the cap spacing didn't match so that's how marantz did it- it's factory. You can install the same as what's there, keeps the factory look.

Excellent, thank you! I am glad I am taking pictures beforehand, this is one of the weirdest installations I've seen (it looks like some of them are sharing the same hole, I could be wrong).

I must say having worked on a 1040 the 1060 doesn't look as clean and "finished". The 1040 is a great little amp I must say.
