That speaker pictured above once cleaned up a bit has the potential to be the coolest and nicest sounding mono speaker I have ever seen. To say I’m envious is a serious understatement. Love those Lansing and Jensen labels.

Im sure it would have gone alot higher. If it were in vintage speakers category and with a title with words like:

Western Electric
Field Coil
Altec Lansing etc....

I respectively disagree, in his first post he mentioned he was going to sell it why encourage that?

The reason I'm a little salty about this is I hate seeing folks here who good naturedly share their knowledge, expertise, enthusiasm only to have that taken advantage of for profit especially by 1st post newbs.

There's a member currently who does it regularly and I cringe whenever he creates a thread and folks gladly/blindly give him pertinent info and the item is either already listed or is listed shortly after getting some good descriptive info.
