1s1849 diode replacement

Hi,looking for a 1s1849 diode or replacement, any help would be much appreciated!

1S1849 crosses to a NTE116 which is a generic, 1 amp, 600 PRV rectifier. A 1N4007 would do.

Actually I think that's not a generic diode since it has a 1.1V forward drop, and a 1N4007 would not be a good choice.
