76 Inches back, speakers are 67 inches apart, and 18 inches from the wall in back. It's about the best I can do in my small apt

I apologize Mark W., I guesstimated my vote at 7 feet when actual measurement is 9 feet from highs to ears. Speaker center of baffles are 9 feet 6 inches apart, highs directed at ear level with a slight tilt back. Sansui SP-5000 speakers are on stands raising them about 5 inches at the front of the cabinet and about 4 inches at the back. Just picked up these Sansuis yesterday and I'm really enjoying them. Thanks for the fantastic write up on your HPM-100 installation. I've got a pair (one of the mids is a bit sketchy though) that I haven't put in my main listening area yet but will be soon.

I vary my position from approximately 38" to 44" for nearfield monitoring, which is most critical for my audio mastering needs.
The distance between the left and right DynAudio Acoustics BM15A's is 45" center to center, and both are angled inward at 30° (using 0° as my listening point, facing forward.)
Levels during mastering generally average between 84dB to 90dB using a 'C' weighting digital meter. Both the HF & LF Trim pots are set to 0dB.
