Accuphase E-202 vs Modern Integrateds

Well i know it's not the newest thread. But i have actually been thinking about an accuphase e-202. They are cheaper and should sound good. I have listened to the e-305 and that sounded amazing. On my part i didn't want to spend to much on an amp, I love the vintage look as well.
How would would you have to spend on a new amp to be able to get the same quality in sound?
