ADS L-690

There are some nice looking speakers in this lot, but I am not sure if the drivers are correct in the Genesis 2 speaker.

Those Polks are calling my name for my computer, but we shall see...

No takers for those ADS L-690s?

All of those speakers are appealing to me...and still available (I just emailed the seller).

I'm on vacation right now, but I think I'll see if I can get a friend to pick up the L690s.

Wow!

That will be a very nice pickup for ya!

I sure wish I could get the Genesis 110s right now. Even the Polk M4s are a steal.

I'll be heading up there some time this month to pick up the ADS speakers, and I'd be happy to pick up any that you're interested in and hand them off.

Hi Lieb!

That is such a nice offer, but my piggy bank is on the lean side right now. I hope to put together a small computer or bedroom system & either the Genesis or Polks would be a good start. Those Genesis 110s look great...

I hope you enjoy those ADS speaks as they look almost new & have a safe trip.

No worries, I more than understand the monetary issues.

I've got a motorbike to put together and that's been taking chunks out of my wallet for quite some time.

Well, I just picked up the A/D/S L690s yesterday, and wow, I was blown away.

John, the seller, is a great guy. He's got a ton of vintage equipment. His listening room is incredible.

He's got some monoblock amplifiers and Klipsch La Scalas that are gorgeous. I let him know that his ad was down and that there were some interested parties on AK. He's willing to deal and just wants to move them out, Rome, so it wouldn't hurt to shoot him an offer once his ad is back up.

Great experience with John, we talked audio and motorcycles while listening to some jazz on the A/D/Ss through an '80s Denon. Very positive experience.

Hi L!

Yea, glad that transaction was a good one.

No coin in my piggy bank right now! :tears:

Those Genesis & Polk speakers were very nice looking & would be a good pair for a bedroom or computer setup I would like to have. Yea, I saw the ad was gone, I figured you backed the trailer up & took all the stash!
