I've only seen one pair of L980's for sale in recent memory. They are quite rare I've been wacthing too. If I ran across some they would be mine. I missed a pair of 1290's on NH craigslist that went for 50.00. I don't need any more speakers but for 50.00 I had to try. I'm more afraid to bring them outside than to have them in the living room. I have nice clean fresh domes and don't want any pollen or extra crap sticking to them. I'm thinking about refinishing the cabs. I wanna give a light sand and a coat of something. I'm not sure what to use.
