ADS R1 Receiver

I have always enjoyed the design of the ADS Atelier line and have a chance to pick up a R1 receiver in excellent condition. How to they sound? Any other opinions on it?

That was some nice gear from what I have seen. No idea on the sound, I've never heard one.

Never heard one, but they're supposed to be pretty darn good, maybe upper end mid fi. Dieter Rams design, IIRC.
