Re-foaming is one of those jobs that is actually pretty easy but a bit expensive to get done by someone else. My local shop charges minimum $60 each woofer.
Whereas the foams themselves cost about $4 each retail (but more if you order an online kit).
There are lots of threads on re-foaming to help you and if you post any specific question the AK 'help desk' will be right there for you.
If you are nervous about your 'first re-foam' maybe there is an AKer in your vicinity that would be amenable to doing it with you ...once you've done it once, it is pretty easy.
