Altec Santana II $195

I'm not an Altec expert. How are these and are they worth it?

Had a pair of Santana I with the biflex driver... meh... they didn't stay long at my place.

The woofers are worth close to the asking if they're repairable.

WTF did they do to em?

Are those staples?

Cabinets are well made, w/woofers they're an awesome platform for E-waving.

I know a fella with Santana II's modded w/175DLH's and custom networks, he's invested less than i have in my model 15's, and they're at least as good as the 15's. They've inspired me to look into upgrading the networks in the 15's.

I'd offer about half what the seller is asking.
