Are these ant good? Worth more or less? Thanks.

Celestion bookshelf speakers. A quad of them are on eBay for $150 with 1 bid at the moment. I have no personal knowledge of how they sound, but they're a well-respected speaker manufacturer. I'd say yes, worth it. But that's me.

EDIT: Apparently, these are not the famous Celestion 3's and hence not the ones on eBay. Seller says 4-5 years old? Dunno, then.

Thanks Wigwam, I've just mailed the seller for more info. If they are any good I'm going to grab them for my dad. His speakers are atrocious.

Update from seller, She says they are F1's. They any good? Thanks.

Generally, Celestion makes good speakers. Take a trip, have a listen, make your choice. $40 is pretty cheap...

40$ is ok price...they sell in UK for around 50$ secondhand.
