Fish fingers and custard!
Does anyone know the proper procedure for adjusting the antiskate weight on a Marantz 6100 turntable? How much force does each notch in the arm represent?

Hi
use a test record with an epty track and adjust as the Arm won't move in or out. The Marks kan only be a basic adustment and should be parallel to the range of marks u can adjust the armweight.

1/2 gram per notch with the notch closest to the tonearm bearings being the least. :smoke:

There is a setscrew on the back of the tonearm mount, but loosening doesn't seem to free up the arm for VTA adjustment. Is there a VTA adjustment on this turntable?
