Any Idea How These Are Used?

I've never seen this spade terminal arrangement before. Seller says that "each pair of terminals is insulated from the next." Anybody have any idea how these are used? Applications? They were found mixed in with barrier-type terminal strips such as used in older speaker connections.

They're used with the barrier strips for ease of extra wiring for same lead(s) and you can cut to number of leads desired.
 
Jumpers for industrial wiring. You would find those inside of industrial control panels, not really something audio related.

One dollar per piece in multiple colors. I didn't order any of them because I could not dream up a way to use them.

I found them on ebay with the search term, "Barrier Strip," in Consumer Electronics.

It can be very useful. I have situation I have to jump one position, I had to make a short cable with crimp folk terminals on both sides. With this, all I have to do is cut the folk connector in between that I don't use and jumper over.

I put it on my watch list.
