Any opinions of the German ECC83 Amperex Bugle Boy tube

Hi, I couldn't find much information on the German made ECC83 Amperex Bugle Boy tube on the internet. Has anyone tried them? Any opinions would be appreciated.

Yes, But all the great reviews are for Holland Philups made tubes. I couldn't find much on the German made tubes.

West German Amperex are THE best ECC83 tubes I have ever heard. Deep wide soundstage with lots of detail. I have 4 of them and use them on special occasions for a very impressive sound display.

Look for Valvo - that was the German division of Phillips. Amperex was the US division, made some numbers like 6922/6DJ8, imported others.
