Sounds like Par for the Course. I've ordered stuff before from them, waited 10 days before emailing them as to 'where is my stuff', waited a few more days before getting a response that the item I wanted was not in stock and they didn't know when it would be. They apparently dont bother to let you know if stuff isn't available. THat experience was unacceptable to me and I wont use them again. I certainly cant get away with running MY business like that!
