Anybody out for Record Store Day?

[grillebilly]

I avoid crowds whenever possible. Nice to see it was successful.

[Pioneer Tom]

I went to The Attic in Millvale PA. Long line outside, long line inside. Mostly young people in their 20s and 30s, I was probably the oldest person in there.
Everyone was cool and polite. The Attic had all of the RSD releases (I got the Marty Stuart EP I was after plus a Led Zep 7-inch). Had a blast.
The store is having Sunday hours and I might go back when there's fewer people so I can pick through the leftovers.

Ugh! I broke down and bought it off of eBay!

[Cadillac Kid]

Cadillac, is that the same Gene Clark that was originally in The Byrds? I was actually looking for that one, though had I seen it was a 45 probably would not have picked it up...

Yes same Gene Clark. It is 12 inch, 45 rpm, 6 songs. I have not listened to it yet, but the folks on Hoffman seem pleased.

[ScramMan2]

I didn't go, and didn't buy anything off eBay. Glad you guys that went had fun. Weather was great here this past weekend for it.
