Thanks, Had to Google Image "mid century" speakers ("vintage"search keyword did not find this speaker till I got more info) that lead to an expired ebay pic from a seller in Korea, that had a Goodman's speaker in it, but they were nice enough to mention it was a Knight Cabinet . Then I googled that. Ya, took an hour of searching, but I was curious also....Another clue was the thin line cut an inch back , like Allied , Magnavox, Utah, Omega and other lower cost companies in the states often used.

I have a set of these cabinets..they are Knight KN1215HC. I have a set of Knight KN612hc 12” three way triaxial speakers in them. Fantastic speakers..especially if used with single ended or push/pull tube amps.

Seeing as they're Knight's they're bound to show up in the Allied Radio catalogs as to which year well that's to be figured out.

If the price is right I’d buy them regardless of the driver load. With nice cabs like those you could put whatever you want in them.

Here's a few pics of the 815 The small blue horn could be in an alternate version. One source said it was made by Goodman's. Not sure if that's true or not. BTW, I'm wondering if that big cutout seen thru the grill is another reflex opening hidden behind that plywood strip? There are reflex openings on both ends that you can see.
