AR77XB headshell

I have both an AR XB and a AR77XB. The 77 head-shell in thiner and is metal. Can I use the 77 head-shell on an XB without extra adjustment? Can I use an XB head-shell on an AR77XB without extra adjustment?

The XB 77 headshell is plastic, with a metal finger lift. it will fit just fine on the XB-1 arm. using the XB-1 headshell on the XB-77 will work just fine also, depending on the weight of the cart you use. the XB-77 counter weight is lighter, as is the XB-77 headshell.
