Marc, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the 77 XB. I remember you were overhauling 1 for your son? I came across a post here to register my XA, but can't seem to locate...I'm a woodworker and have a large supply of 1/2" Padouk, but it's prefinished. I'll probably try that, but I also have some other exotics, but these would require more milling. Time is always an issue! My XA will be staying on it's original Walnut plinth, It's a classic!
