It´s a homebrew.

Looks like one of those DJ arms: straight, short, no headshell offset so must be used with conical stylus. Good for scratching.

Not a HiFi type arm.

It looks like someone has removed the original s-shaped arm tube and replaced it with a shorter length of carbon fibre (or lookalike) tube instead. Not an upgrade, IMHO!
