What's the Lafayette? Google images gives me no love.

Sounds like a question for mdhardy6647; he knows everything!

I'd snag that Fender Tweed Blues Deluxe before anything else.

The only Lafayette I see in this sale is the RK-48A 2 and 4 channel 8-track player.

Didn't see the door, assumed it was an amp of some sort.

Thanks for the clarification.

And at least one Quad-8 tape!

Went to the sale Friday afternoon. Picked up a Sony PS-X50 with a nice Grado cartridge, box, and packing foam. Very good condition. The Tascam was untested and choose to pass. I got a decent deal - $110.

Thanks for reporting back!

TT has clearly been sitting for many years. Operates but will require some love to get speed right and the tone arm lift working again. The cartridge is an Ortofon VMS5E - not Grado. Cosmetic condition is better than expected. Based on the reviews this seems to be a keeper.
