I am getting it at my local record store, price is actually lower than Amazon and I get to support them?
Can't wait! What to do? Play them in order of favorite or chronologically?

I think I'll start with the White Album. There's lots of obvious mix differences on that one.I just got my tracking number from SoundstageDirect.![]()
Are these supposed to be superior to the myriad of previous releases of the same material? I'm a bit out of the loop here. I do know that at least some of their early recordings were mono and ehnaced into stereo format. Or, am I wrong about that?
Thanks for the information. I still own some of the original releases that I bought back then (some over 50 years ago) but they are pretty well worn. Also have most all releases on CD but have never favored those. These are done all analog from the master tapes using the original engineering notes and first pressings to best match the originals as possible. The packaging is also done to replicate the original UK pressings so yes they are supposed to be superior. Yes the mono recordings were given more attention over the stereo versions when the Beatles first released these albums. The reviews have been very favorable so far.
This truly is exciting. This may have been discussed before, but will there be any opportunity to by single albums, or is it only going to be sold as a set?

I could not afford the entire set as much as I would have loved to. You can pre-order/order individual albums which is what I did.
Oh wow, great! May I ask you where, or are they available at individual everywhere?
