Best glue for re foaming

Hello!
Can you please suggest me what is the best glue to bond rubber and paper surrounds metal basket?
I do not want to buy hole kit because of one glue.

Allene's Tacky Glue. You get it from craft stores like "Michael's".

Any Wal-Mart that still has a craft section will have Ailene's on the shelf.

Aleene's Original Tacky Glue.

There are different formulations, but the Original is indistinguishable from the white glue found in online surround kits. Probably the same since Aleene's also comes in a gallon size.

Some kits sell a clear airplane type glue, but those dry faster. The slower drying white glue allows leeway for some adjustment if needed.

good for paper /foam . for rubber/polycones i use o'l contact cement . used sparingly,
it will adhere, stay reasonably flexible for many years. don't use too much ,as the solvents can make surronds curl a bit .
