That man has won the prize for figuring it out! (Although I did write about it a couple years ago here somewhere). If you do as relaximus suggests you should have no problems with them. What I also like is the real thick piece of glass for the dial and its beveled edge and the way it diffracts light. It makes it look like double the function lights in the dark from several angles, just cool as chit.
