Would this be intended to be used with the 901's with their "high power handling"???

Someone is selling it's baby brother (sister), the M2150, on eBay in Aus at the moment also - I'm thinking about it...OK? 150W per channel into 4Ω, 8Ω, 100V, 70V, 50V, 35V and 25V is impressive and confident spec'ing. Will SWMBO still love me if I buy another amplifier?

Apparently the Ebay market didn't think it worth the BIN of $400. Hmmm...and another one in IL for $600 BIN. Wow....

besides some maintenance issues, i've only heard good things about these. and i think it's more like 300 Wpc @ 8 ohms. someone measured it at 1100 Wpc @ 2 ohms. (http://forums.audioholics.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11799). if they're not lying, then it pretty much doubles into 4 and 2 ohms. seems like $400 is good for a local working piece that's either been reputably serviced or never had a problem. otherwise, the 82lbs. presents a shipping challenge for non-locals...

250W into 8 ohms at 0.5%THD (5-10kHz) - 400 into 4. Bose 1800/1801 Service Manual.

If the one in IL is the one I'm thinking of it's been there forever with that BIN. It has chicken head knobs or something.

$400.00 isn't a bad price for these amps. If I didn't live across the country I'd pick it up for a sub amp to go with the other two I have.
