What a shame... a truly talented builder, he set the bar for those that came after him.

[Bigerik]

Damn, that is a shock. Was just reading a recent article on him yesterday. Great designer, artist and character.

[Twenty20Man]

a true artist, loved watching that show now and then seeing those great cars come together...

[spartanmanor]

Wow and still young. RIP

[SPL db]

I'll honk my car's horn in his honor tonight on my way home...

Tis a sad day for this gearhead... :tears:

Do not like to disrespect the dead but I have no respect for that man after watching a couple seasons of his show. And people think I'm a real ahole. I gots nothing on him...

That's another thing I can be thankful for-I don't have to do the eulogy.

R.I.P. Boyd.... Loved watching the show.... Even if he was an arse...

Very talented indeed.... Luckily Chip Foose is still around...

[similost]

Another that shows how short life is.. you just never know when your time is here... RIP Boyd..

I too am a little along the lines of what Grumpy said though... I guess I've worked for too many ____ drivers... May be a good reason his time came early and fast... Karma is a funny thing...

[similost]

hhhmm.. interesting article that may give some clues.. didn't know about this..
