Are these the original tubes made for the C11 ?
None tubes is made for C11 or C22 . Tubes should have specifications 100% identical to tubes manufacturer data sheet. There is no specific tubes for a specific preamplifier with MC INTOSH C11 and C22 (or older)

I'm assuming he's asking if those were the tubes originally supplied with the preamp, I have to admit to having gone down that rabbit hole with my Scott 340B because it appeared to have a nearly complete complement of Telefunkens.
I'm assuming that if they say McIntosh on them they're either original or "approved service replacements"

Yes , I understand the question but honestly with the time (1961) more than 50 years , Amperex or not, these tubes can't be "strong" today !

Eh, I dunno, preamp tubes can last a good long while especially if they are quality ones.
How long ago was this unit at AC? Does it sound good? I'd be inclined to let well enough alone unless you really want to go down a rabbit hole. Alternately, find someone local to you who has the ability to retest the tubes just so you can sleep at night.
If you want to play and see what different tubes do to the sound, you *could* try tubes from different manufacturers e.g. Telefunken, Mullard, etc. but honestly Amperex is fairly well regarded and this could really be a very expensive exercise for an incremental difference that you may have to get your dog to assist you in hearing. Also, tubes are one of these areas where people who have far more knowledge/experience than I seem to repeatedly say that they'd rather have vintage Tele or Amperex than any new production tubes. Which actually makes sense; back then, those were regular consumer products and the top of the line stuff was taken really seriously. Today, replacement tubes are a niche market, and most of them are going to guitar/instrument amps where ultimate fidelity isn't really the goal anyway but pleasing distortion when overdriven is.

If AC serviced and said it was performing up to spec., Forget about the tubes and enjoy your preamp. Chances are if they're still good, they're better than new production. Macs tend to be impervious to tube selection. If they're performing up to spec up to spec they're good YMMV
