The cabinet appears to be a nice Karlson model design of a type that was very popular in the 1950's and collectors still value to this day.
The driver appears to be an aftermarket Japanese sourced unit based upon the ornate tweeter housing. I would expect the driver is branded as a "Calrad" unit but those Japanese drivers were offered through many different US Electronics resellers. The Japanese drivers of that era tended to be somewhat bass shy, but their cone tweeters were often as good or better than their American counterparts, as far as large diameter paper cone tweeters go anyway.
