Anyone know what cart this is? It's on a Denon DP 35F.

Looks like a Signet MR 5.0 to me. One of Audio Technica's best cartridges I believe.

Signet MR5.0 perhaps? The model number should be on the cartridge on the top (the side up against the headshell).

Well not to be a smart ass but it would take him all of about 10 minutes tops to loosen the screws and carefully hold the cartridge in his hand to tell you what model it is. Unless that table doesn't have a detachable headshell. Then it might be a problem
