I got this from a guy with some others. This one is NOS and is an Audio Technica I can tell. He said it was a AT Signet but when I search that it sure doesn't match.

My guess is that it's a Signet Model 100?

A variant on the AT3600?

Yup, that'll be some AT3600/3650 family variant (most probably of the 3600L, I'd assume) - a budget model, but not a bad one. Not much upgradeable with original AT needles anymore (there were some elliptical variants, including for example the Dual DMS251E/DN251E - but these would be rather hard to find nowadays...) - however, there are 3rd party hyperelliptical and Shibata upgrade needles for that AT body style.
