Cart recommended for blues enthusiasts?

I listen to mostly blues records on an technics sl-1210mk2 turntable. Im thinking of the ortofon 2m red as a new cart. Any other suggestions in the 100 dollar range?

I think Ortofons make fine blues carts. They hit the bass line well and carry the mid tones well. There are few sopranos in the blues world, so it's mostly mids and that where the Ortos seem to be happiest. I have a few Grados that do well on blues too. But they are above your budget.
