Carver meter lights

I just got a Carver tfm-15cb. Guy said the lights work, but they don't. I've put a volt meter across one and its open (other checks good.) Before I destroy this thing, how hard is it to change the bulbs out?

I think they are soldered in. Had another Carver way back and they where also out. Seems to be very common with these.

Ebay has blue ones. I cant imagine it would be too bad. Maybe pull a meter and take it to a tech? Would cut costs for you.
