Cheap Chinese 6P3P kit

Ok I have tested every way know to me. The power supply is not connected to the amp circuit. Still I'm not getting the 245v I need??

Where do you have the center tap to the power tranny's high voltage?
(I don't see it in any of the pictures)

Do you measure the 270v from the center tap to each high voltage leg?

Can you give a better pic of your ground setup, and the bottom of the power transformer?

I'll look at those pic's.

But just so were clear on how the rectifier and ground wiring should go.

The schem might have been a little unclear, I cleaned it up a bit though.

The bottom side of the caps should be ground, an where the center tap
of that power tranny goes, the top side of those caps should be your B+.

What are those 2 black wires going to chassis ground?

One looks like the center tap of the heaters feeding the preamp tubes,
that looks fine, what is the other one?

And the yellow wire I'm assuming is the high voltage center tap, and if
so should get connected to ground just like your heater canter tap did.
(then you measure yur high voltage B+ DC voltage from ground to rect)

Im not sure what the second black wire is for. But I grounded the yellow wire and the voltage is @ 920v on the B+

Not sure what/how your measuring, but with no current/load being drawn
from the supply you should have about half that, or 450v DC at that point.
(if you've got 330v AC from center tap to each high voltage leg that is)

I'm going to be offline for a while, I'll check back later..

Double check everything and remeasure your AC without the rectifier in there.

And find out what that second black wire is connected to, I'll be back later here.

Hey Kegger...I'm still waiting for My PreAmp Kit, which probably will Never get to me...But, if by any chance It does...What's the Ch Right from the B+ on your Diagram Refer to? Why would it be Fed that way? Thru the 3K...

The power supply kind of loops around in the drawing from the bottom up the right side and then to the left as it goes along the top

Yes, I've seen that for a while...Ever since I ordered the Kit that I'll most likely Never Get...So, why do it like that? Shouldn't there be separate Feeds for the Left & Right Channels?
