Sean Bonniwell, musically speaking, was an interesting and unique artifiact of the late 60s who tended to over-intellectualize both cover material and his own compositions. The "band" Music Machine released two albums: Turn On (Original Sound/U.S./1966) and Bonniwell's Music Machine (Warner Brothers/U.S./1967). The second of these is the more interesting & worth the effort to find. Bonniwell also released a solo album, Close (Capitol/U.S./1969), a chillingly dark, lounge-ish affair.

I found this on a Music Machine compilation CD several years ago, & loved the Bossa Nova'd-up cover from the first time I heard it.

If you're referring to my query of "long ago", sadly the answer is "No". This after spending too much time all over the music sites, & "Pandora-ing" everything close. :tears: Thanks for asking, Cantabury.

Still have my first edition copy of "Turn On" I bought in 1966(?). i was torn between buying Turn On, The Seeds, and The Music of Harry Partch.

I still like "Talk, Talk".
