Cleaning Vinyl, recommendations?!?

Recently, I've been looking into getting a VPI HW 16.5 machine to clean my vinyl (I own a Spin Clean, but I'm no good at manual cleaning), so I was curious, what in your opinion is the best way of cleaning your dirty finds?!? I like the VPI system, it would be cool if someone release a poor man's record cleaner though. And let the debate start...
