Several possible 'trap' games today for ranked teams. It's harder playing away, too.

Well, the morning games went pretty much as predicted.

Ohio was too much for Illinios
Alabama and Missouri was a close game, but Bama squeaked by
Army dominated Charlotte
Pitt upset Florida St
Washington was poised to upset Ole Miss, but that window closed.

Time for the mid-day games.

They did have more total yards than OSU, but couldn't convert those into points. Unfortunately after today, they'll probably drop.

They played OSU better than all the other ranked teams OSU has beaten.

But those are no longer ranked, so who knows

Penn St loses...again...to North Western; they're done for the season.

And, Georgia Tech goes 6-0, the polls have been sleeping on this team.

What has happened to the all-star hs recruit quarterback? What a fall. I do not agree with boos coming from the stands in the game- support them! Keep the negative stuff for a day other than gameday.

I'm a fan of the much maligned Mountain West and the Wyoming Cowboys (never went, never been to Wyoming, but for some reason I watch and cheer them on).

Incredible fun game: San Jose St v Wyoming that went crazy good late in the 4th.

Yesterday the rankings got a good shake up like soda in a bottle. The latest polls will be interesting to follow.

According to terms of the deal, Penn State will have to pay Franklin’s base salary of $500,000, supplemental pay of $6.5 million and insurance loan of $1 million until 2031.
