D718 is showing 4.75v on not banded side and 20.3 on banded

D718 is showing 4.75v on not banded side and 20.3 on banded
Shows 156.2 ohms
Close enough..
I see 4.74v on each side

Replace it.-- TR706 that is. KSC1845 will do.
Swapped for an 1845, no change.
Don't have any 1013s on hand, would a BD140-16 work? Looks overrated but not incompatible.
Give it a shot..
I had a spare 2SB544 from a 2020 I do, threw it in to no change. BD140 also didn't make a difference.
It's just weird that when I tap the base of tr-706 with the red probe of my multimeter, with black grounded, the relay closes immediately.
Check for cracked solder,traces or broken solder pads. around TR706,TR702 area.
Will do, going to start looking for broken traces later. That may be the issue since when I got this one I was able to get it to work for a bit by snacking it

Ohm out the traces in the protect circuitry..
Is there a better quality board scan, or do you have a good image of the back of the board? The S/M scan I have is pretty washed out so it's hard to see what traces are supposed to go where
