WOW. There's been speculation he's been watching AK so I figured he might try to see if I was paying attention.
Only difference I see is the phone number in the CA ad. well and the price is different. Otherwise the same.

I flagged both listings. If nothing else he's violating the multi jurisdiction rule.

Agreed - Good catch !!
Flagged them both.
Appears Dave/David/Robert is now listing different make/model - beyond Sansui 9090b & Marantz 2245. Same serial number 810105 in these two Kenwood listings.
He has started incorporating robot picture check to increase his listing click views (to avoid CL flags from removing his listing).
I'm adding Kenwood KR-6300 to my regular vigilante search.
Please flag him.

PS This week I received an appreciative email from a victim in response to my scam warning posts. He was scammed by our Dave/David/Robert Culver in January 2015 with the same Sansui 9090b scam. Uggh.

Joel - any luck with your FBI neighbor? Please do post the fraud email address you sent funds to. I'd like to list that in the scam warning listings to warn other potential victims.

I'm not familiar with zelle, I guess there is no buyer protection, or a payment method that offers no buyer protection?
 
I went there one time and selling a guitar locally. A guy called me and we met on a public place. in less than 5 minutes, he said he wants to be my friend, He'd go to my house, check out my other guitars and at the same time he left his wallet at home but he has enough cash stashed in his car and he might be short 50 dollars so hell get back with me next time.
Best thing I did that day was turn around, I went to my car straight and drove off without saying anything. I'm very happy I am in one piece and never again would I go there involving with benign weirdos.
The only deal I see in craigslist is nothing but a jack in the box.
