Craigslist scammer on the road again

Ugh.

I just sent a long email with Dave's scam listing examples to Craig Newmark (founder of Craigslist) via LinkedIn. I have invited him to view this thread and see first hand the efforts of AK members who are trying to keep Craigslist clean for vintage audio enthusiasts.

Let's hope someone takes notice at CL.

Craigslist should be held responsible for complicity in the aid of a criminal offense. Why is Craigslist not responsible for repeatedly allowing this dirt bag to post his scams????

LOL...I even sent a certified letter to the address in SC (just outside Charlotte).

FWIW dave or robert - a$$hat...it all ended up working out and I made a new friend in the process. Went local, got a nice nice HK 330c from a guy who is a retired jazz writer/producer. Walked into his mid/mod house and BAM! he had a concert grand piano in his living room. I knew right then I was dealing with a good seller. He had 3 systems set up in his listening space (I guess best wife ever right?). We spent 3 hours listening to music on some HUGE Altec's and vintage gear.

Going to see if I can discuss with FBI neighbor this eve'. Will report back!

It would be so cool if Mr. List was to take action, like the nice Det. in Boulder, CO did with Noah Schumacher and his continuous online vintage audio repair scam.
