Saw this big Green Anole when I was watering some plants. He was kinda fearless.

The past few evenings I've heard some rustling noises around the terrace at my summer house.
Turns out, it's a hedgehog




In my experience, they don't come close to humans unless they are hungry or thirsty (I had one walking into my living room during a drought a few years ago). So I put a saucer with some water, liver paté, and a scrap of cheese out on the lawn.
