Crossover question

By Dayton's graph the woofer is about 20 ohms. Tweeter ID has not been named.
Tweeter is a Dayton Audio DC28F.
With perfect crossover the two drivers will be in phase at the crossover point and the frequency response will be flat. Inverting the phase of the tweeter will put a deep null in the frequency response. Try it to see if you get a deep null when you invert the tweeter.
With an imperfect crossover the two drivers will not be perfectly in phase at the crossover point and inverting the tweeter will make a difference but not give you a deep null. In that case, choose the phase which gives the flattest response or sounds the best.
The tweeters is inverted out of phase to compensate the phase difference at the crossover. Ill try to put it in phase to see and I will remeasure.

Capacitors

C1 = 5.53 uF
C2 = 5.53 uF
Inductors
L1 = 1.41 mH
L2 = 1.41 mH
Parts Express basically the same. Other online calculators may differ.
My values on the Capacitors are:
C1=5.6uF
C2=5.6uF
On Inductors:
L1=1.5mH
L2=1.5mH
 
This my new measurement from about a one feet from the speaker from center axis. The tweeter is now inverted back in phase.

You need to take two measurements with the mic in exactly the same position - one with the tweeter reversed. Then you can make a meaningful comparison.

If you check, I have made two measurements, one in phase and one out of phase at the same distance.

Post #27 says the measurement distance was 1m. Post #43 says the measurement distance was about 1 foot.
Ideally the mic needs to be in exactly the same position. There doesn't have to be much movement of the mic to alter the readings.
 
I'd measure again, at least 3 feet away from the acoustical center (center between woofer and tweeter centers), using the 10dB or better the 5dB scale in the Y axis of the graph. I'd do the 2 measurements at the same time, without changing anything, levels, position, nothing. Just reversing the tweeter. (Anyway in the first measurement yo had a 20dB notch, and here the notch is less than 10dB, but the scale and measurements done in different setups don't help)

Also, I'd measure the woofer nearfield again, with the zobel, to see the effect in the crossover slope.
