I'd measure again, at least 3 feet away from the acoustical center (center between woofer and tweeter centers), using the 10dB or better the 5dB scale in the Y axis of the graph. I'd do the 2 measurements at the same time, without changing anything, levels, position, nothing. Just reversing the tweeter. (Anyway in the first measurement yo had a 20dB notch, and here the notch is less than 10dB, but the scale and measurements done in different setups don't help)
Also, I'd measure the woofer nearfield again, with the zobel, to see the effect in the crossover slope.
