Anyone near those should go audition them... but make sure to bring along your wallet full of at least $200, because if you hear them, you will want them! :yes:

I have the next-lower-down TF-700s. Wish I had a chance to upgrade them to the 1000s, but TFs are relatively rare in Hong Kong. The TFs are not the best "audiophile" speakers out there for "golden ears" types, but nevertheless they are very good, punching WAY over their price level, sonically.

Someone go get those... and then come back and tell us about 'em! :yes:

The socks are a little tired, but otherwise they look fine.
Only listened to them about 30 minutes. However, they do sound great

My wife did notice they are a tad larger than the Fraziers behind them


Anyone know specs?
Downloaded the manual but it only contains info on placement, etc.
Appears to have one tweeter, one woofer, and a port.
I'm especially curious about power requirements.

Congrats Roger on some great speakers! Let us know how they compare to the Fraziers.

I do like the Fraziers. Initial reaction is the DCMs are smoother, less fatiguing, but not quite as punchy on bass. My wife lacks my enthusiasm for audio but has superior hearing. She favors the Timeframe sound over the Fraziers, Klipsch 4.2, and Ohm Walsh 2. However, they aren't doing well in the WAF arena

50" tall and 19-20" wide. Didn't weigh them but I picked them up . . . easily 50+ lbs each.
