Denon DVD-2900 for $60: worth it?

Someone near me is selling this for $60. Looks very clean. No remote. Seems cheap. I see these offered on the Bay for $250.

Is this something that makes sense as an upgrade of the Denon DVD-1930ci I have right now?

Might be worth it if you are looking for SACD capability. Not sure if the DVD 2900 has SACD. Otherwise, pass.

I saw one that sold really cheap ($38) but multiple for around $100 so the price seems fair.
