Of course you would have to strip the entire amplifier to bits, (not a new concept for you Kale) and replace a great deal more items than one would normally replace, at a guess, including all the rear panel sockets and connectors.
An enormous undertaking.
A bit of elbow grease and that'll buff right outA pity to see a couple of Sansuis in such neglected condition, seems like euthanasia is the only recourse.
