An iphone using the built in microphone is mostly useless below 200Hz. It won't help much with setting up subwoofers. PE has a mic that plugs into the headphone port that is rated down to 18Hz and is pretty inexpensive.

You went the wrong direction. Like Dave said, you'd be looking at ~23Hz. A 25' wavelength corresponds to about 45Hz. Doubling the wavelength would correspond to half that. That's about where you would get into pressurizing the room.
