I had the OM5 stylus and thought it sound pretty good, so I can imagine that the OM20 must sound really nice!

How would you describe the sound?

Just like the OM20, detailed and open, only now it has a higher output and seemingly more solid deep bass.

The output is definitely louder, the deep bass may just be my imagination caused by the orange flames on the side of the cartridge.
