It will join my 630 “Mnimalist” which currently needs to be recapped and is out of service for the moment.

Oh, and a variety of the champagne, early 80s models that were what we had in my family in my youth.

Not to cause you trouble and late nights, but the output circuit is _really_ simple. One resistor. As much of a PITA Germanium conversions could be, I bet AK’ers here could get you through making a Si transistor do the same with very little work (beyond math for the bias).

I recently acquired a Harman Kardon Eight Twenty and everything seems to be working well, but it seems all of the bulbs are burned out. Do you know where I can buy bulb replacements and how easy/difficult is it to replace them? I'm not extremely handy but I can wing it; thanks!
