im in the market for an used turntable i saw this dual at my local shop its an dual 604 the owner wants just $100.00 for it what to you guys think ?

I have had mine since 1978, and use it nearly every day. Love the warm sound of the V-15/III cartridge it came with. Replaced the stylus about a year ago with the Ed Saunders version. The semi-automatic function is great for when you leave the room before the end of the album! It turns itself off.

Not a fan of the 604. Had one for a couple of years. The tonearm assembly seemed clunky and the tapered base was flimsy and unstable. My SL-D3 works much better.

but of just 100.00 i dont think i can go wrong & the owner of the store is giving it a once over all it needs is just a new cartridge in which im not sure what to spend on that
