Which would you rather have a Dual CS 521 or a Realistic Lab 440?

I just came to own the Realistic 440. I have ran my Dual for some time. What are the pros and cons of each and which one would you run?

Would "both" be allowed? ;) I'd assume the Dual to sport the somewhat better arm (possible headshell/carrier plate contact issues aside) and the Realistic to sport the somewhat better drive - and that, unless the rubber dampers of the motor mount on the Dual would need replacing, you probably won't notice much of a difference in practice, provided that similarly capable carts/needles are mounted on each of the two.

I like the LAB-440, it is a very capable turntable. As well, I would tend to prefer direct drive over the belt drive Dual. However, the Dual (if there is no issues) is a good table, it is a much better tracker. It's really a toss up in my mind.

The Realistic is the simpler mechanically, has as good of a tonearm, needs less maintenance, less often, and is less needy on overhauls. Realistic/CEC for the win. And the headshell system less troublesome.
