If it were posted there, I'd probably say a fair market value would probably be in the range of $600 and up, but sometimes they sell for less, around $450 up. They can go for a thousand, too.
A couple things seem to keep the prices on these ridiculously cheap (for how good they are sonically), including very low WAF and the difficulty (and cost) of shipping such big, awkward shapes. SO you are probably stuck with local pick-up, which limits your market, and may affect the price you can get. It's likely you could get more for one in an area with plenty of potential customers, like New York, than in a sparsely-populated area in the middle of the Great Plains.
If you are the buyer, I'd say offer $300 and negotiate from there, assuming the seller has some vague notion of their value. Try to get them for $500 or less; that way, you can be reasonably assured of getting your money back if you ever sell 'em.
Be aware that these are "AMP-KILLER" speakers that MUST have high-current-capable amplifiers that can safely feed a speaker that drops consistently into the 1-2 ohm impedance range. Wattage output is NOT a reliable indicator of whether an amp can drive these or not; some 200-watt amps will scream for mercy trying to feed these. There is a limited number of amps that can drive these safely, and most are expensive. Whatever you pay for the speakers, plan on having to spend several hundred more on an amp for it. Otherwise, you are asking for even more expense, when you have to replace your amp (and probably some hard-to-find and expensive EMITs, too) and still need to get a new amp to drive them.
